Braxton Hicks or contractions?

So basically I’m 34 weeks on Thursday and I honestly don’t know if these are contractions or Braxton Hicks.

About 2:15 today I started getting tightening feeling that was only mild in the front of my stomach, we needed to go shopping so I thought it would ease off and it didn’t, I got the same tightening feeling but it started to become painful, it’s happening every 10-15 minutes too.

When I got home it’s now in my back aswell? I’m going to get in the bath and see if it helps but I never had Braxton Hicks with my first and i was induced. Tia 💕
