4dpo or 6dpo so confused.

I got a positive ovulation test on the 23rd my period app said that since I got positive on the 23rd that'll ovulate on the 24th!!!! But before I got a positive it said inwas supposed to ovulate on the 26th!!!! WTH. My boob's are on and off sore since 1dpoand my nipples looks swollen starting today. Is this to early or what? I am extremely tired I am going to bed early every night so far. And very hungry
