Crazy back pain

I’m currently 5w4d and started experiencing sharp back pain last night. The pain is in my low mid back, and into my hips. Not a cramping feeling, more like I pulled something feeling. The pain has subsided a tiny bit, but is still very painful. I’ve needed help getting dressed, getting out of bed, etc. I am going to see my chiropractor tomorrow morning, but just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this early in pregnancy before? I have suffered with back pain for a few months now, but not this painful and it was able to be treated with chiropractic care.
