S/O cumming early

Hey gals,

I’ve been with my s/o for nearly a year now. Our sex is great but usually he cums before me and then he can’t go any longer.

It improved for a bit when he started going down on me before sex every time. Trouble is we’re in a long distance relationship now because I started uni in September so his stamina isn’t what it used to be.

I’m looking for some advice about how to make him last longer/get me to cum quicker.

Do you think me taking longer could have anything to do with previous bad foreplay experiences with my ex? He wanted to wait until marriage for sex but used to make me feel quite pressured into doing other stuff.
