Light pink bleeding?

For those of you who have had an iud before I've had my skyla gir nearly 2 years. The last year and the half I haven't been sexually active. Recently I have been and my I experienced light bleeding after intercourse which I was told is normal. My period has been irregular all year including the last 2 months. Today I've had cramps and I had really light bleeding that stopped just as quickly as it started. I'm still cramping. Is this normal bleeding as it is very light...
