I got the mirena iud out on dec. 12th after I had a regular period from Dec 1-7th. I started bleeding really horrendously on the 14th, passing golf ball size clots and really bad cramps, soaking through pads every hour. It stopped abruptly on the 17th. I don't know if that was a period or from removal as I had regular periods with the iud. My fiance and I have been ttc since getting it removed but it's a guessing game for now. If the blood flow from the 14th to 17th was a period then I ovulated around Christmas in which we BD for 3 days straight multiple times a day. Any advice would be helpful
