Scheduled csection ?

I am going to have a scheduled csection. I was wondering how long before your due date they usually schedule it. My first daughter was a week early naturally and my second daughter was 4 weeks early due to preeclampsia. Any input??

No sooner than 39 weeks unless absolutely necessary.

Yeah I am having a scheduled c section also. But I had pre eclampsia with my first one. So they do not want me to go over 38 weeks. But my first one was born at 36 weeks and healthy as could be. So I don't mind her coming a little early at all.

My dr doesn't schedule c sections any earlier than 2 days before your due date if you are having a healthy pregnancy and aren't high risk. I'm scheduled for a week from today! I'm so anxious!
