I just threw up so hard it came out my nose and I peed my pants. I love this little one but whomever said pregnancy was beautiful can kiss my ass

Yup. I’ve never had trouble with incontinence and this is my second baby. But I totally did pee myself a little throwing up the other day. I also have thrown up hard enough that I broke blood vessels in my face. This pregnancy has been so much harder on my body than my first... This kid had better be a freaking angel when it gets here haha.

When it’s a big throw up I pee a little and sometimes fart while puking from the force I’m making! This sucks. 14 weeks

Oh my gosh I thought it was just me! I pee my pants too when throwing up. Thankfully I’ve been able to laugh it off, but still. It’s embarrassing to do that in front of my husband. I guess the stomach muscle contractions are so severe that I can’t help it.

My husband laughs every time I tell him “I better pee before I have to throw up again”... 🤷🏼‍♀️ it happens 😂
