Preventing another posterior baby
All three of my previous babies were posterior up until I was pushing. Two has to be manually flipped by the doc and one flipped on her own. I want to avoid this again. For one, i had horrendous back labor. Two, labor took forever because baby wouldn't engage properly and it made pushing so much more difficult. Any advice? I'm only 28 weeks but I want to get some ideas for when it gets closer
