Just my mucus plug. I was only 36w so I figured "ehhh it'll grow back", but my water broke less than 8 hours later lol.

Hi! My biggest one was contractions . Like my belly would get hard while I was trying to do even the smallest things. And it just lasted longer and longer and then bam labor.

Lost mucous plug day before, had more frequent Braxton hicks and diarrhea all before real contractions started.

An increase of Braxton hicks over the course of a few weeks. They were getting more intense before eventually faded away. They started waking me up in the middle of the night for a few days and then bam, water broke one morning.
