Pregnant after Miscarriage

I’m pregnant again after miscarrying (spontaneous) at 18 weeks. After I miscarried I tested positive for Ureaplasma parvum. I went on Doxycycline for it and so did my husband. My doctor says the infection did not cause the baby to die, but I’ve read that some people in the medical field believe it infects the amniotic fluid. I’m about 4 weeks now, and have tested positive for Ureaplasma parvum again. I’m so afraid to miscarry again and I’m wondering if anyone has any experience with this infection while pregnant?
