Painful belly spot. Bruised from the inside????

So I am 37 weeks and I have a very painful, tender spot on the right top side of belly. Also gets itchy when I'm in a bit of pain. Could it be caused by stretching of the skin ? Baby sitting in that spot? I can feel baby moving and when she hits that spot I feel like I'm getting stabbed. It has just started hurting, maybe within the last hour or two. Is this normal? I didnt have this with my first born but this pregnancy had been very rough. Anyone else had this ?
