Pregnant on progesterone and now have a yeast infection 😩

So I have super super low progesterone. I have to be on progesterone suppositories until the second trimester. I got my bfp on Christmas eve. So I’ve been taking them almost week. Well I feel like I’m starting to get a yeast infection. Am I allowed to take Monistat with the progesterone? I plan on calling the nurse advice line but can’t call till Wednesday due to the holidays. Any advice or anybody been through this? I don’t wanna do something to lose this baby but I’m uncomfortable.
