Question again

I need help with something, this time my period came early again, n I am wondering if this is getting off my cycle, this time this period is so severe my man had to step in to help me, my question is could it be possible I am having a miscarriage. I have never had one but I have been told it hurts like ur in labor n that is what it feels like. Cause I really thought I was pregnant this time cause of all I was dealing with before, maybe I am over doing it but I just want to be sure. Thank you ladies for your help. Thank you all in advance.
