I need help:I’m going insane

AF IS DUE IN 9 days. I’m 5dpo. Today I had some sharp cramp like feeling on my right side (but not enough to make me grab my stomach and double over) , I also just had a littleee but of bright red blood.. just a little bit when I wiped.. signs of AF OR IB ??
