What is wrong with me

Good morning beautiful ladies😄I trust you all had a good night I'm sorry hope you take a afternoon nap today though.

I woke up with such a headache feeling so nauseous, infact I still am feeling so like I said I have my period but all the pregnancy symptoms I are here I feel so sick and wanna do nothing...I am also feeling like eating up a cow but when I look at food I feel sick again 😰what could be wrong with me can anybody tell me why do I have a period with pregnancy symptoms I literally feel like I just wanna puke 😩
