I just started my real period again after only having a very light one for 9 years due to the IUD. I had pleasantly forgotten how heavy and horrible it is haha.

What are the best overnight pads for a very heavy flow? Last night I had to wake up every couple hours to change my tampon and I don't want to do that again.
