4 week old baby sleeping 4-6 hours a clip?!?

Is it normal or okay that a newborn baby will eat an average of 4 ounces at a feeding and then consistently sleep 4-6 hours at a clip? I’m worried that this is abnormal...

That’s awesome! Enjoy it while it lasts! As long as baby isn’t under weight and the doctor wants you to wake her up to eat then let her sleep!

Oh my I wish my baby did that. He still has his days and nights mixed up and we believe he may be colicky. He just turned a month old yesterday. He wakes me up every 2 1/2 hours or so at night.

My little one is 9 days old and nurses for about 15-20 minutes and sleeps for 4-6 hour stretches. She’s above her birth weight and doesn’t seem to have any issues!

My baby is doing the same but having 5oz. She’s 5 weeks this week and goes at least 5 / 6 hours at night :) x
