Positive OPK 12dpo

My cycles are about 30-32 days. Yesterday at 11dpo I got full on AF she has never came that early but it was full on (tmi) heavy AF. Today she is completely gone. I got a positive opk but neg pg test this morning(12dpo). I am not sure what to make of all this. Plz help.
