Top of my baby bump hurts.

I am going to the doctor today because I called about it. I have this pain in the top right of my bump above my belly button and it hurts to touch. My stomach is also tight and it won’t go away like my normal Braxton Hicks. The contracting doesn’t hurt, it’s just constant and won’t go down. Baby is still moving. I did google what this could mean and it scared me and it seemed to scare the nurse when I told her what was going on. Has anyone had this before? Im hoping it’s just a muscle or something. I’m also 29weeks
