Pregnant after HSG?

I've been TTC since 11/2014 with no luck. My dr offered to run some tests. I had a pelvic ultrasound which showed a fibroid as well as a cyst on my ovary. About a week later I had an HSG, holy hell did that hurt! Found out both of my tubes are blocked (which was absolutely devastating) so I'm not sure if that is why it hurt so bad. Anywho, my question is if anyone that had an HSG with blocked tubes was able to become pregnant?? (Without IVF) I'm debating laparoscopy now, just trying to weigh my options.
