Painful periods

I've always had bad cramps, but nothing compared to my last 2 periods. Friday, I felt like I was in labor! We're talking enough pain that I had to stay home. It hurt worse with every move. I started looking up my symptoms and found a few different possible causes, but I've had no fevers and no pain during intercourse. I did have an uterine rupture 10 years ago when my youngest was born.

I do plan on making an appointment with my OBGYN, but curious if anyone else has this issue, and what was your outcome?
