How much do you lift up to while pregnant? I do up to 30 pounds.. is that ok?

Talk to your doctor. It depends on your own body. But usually, if you have a good feeling for you limits, you will always know when to stop. So don't worry too much.

I still do Olympic weightlifting multiple times a week and have not had an issue. Listen to your body if it doesn’t feel right don’t do it.
