I can’t eat properly 😭😭

I am extremely frustrated with this sickness... it’s constant...

My stomach feels completely flipped and tender I find it extremely hard to be able to eat..

I have zero appetite from how tender my stomach feels and how nauseous I am! I genuinely feel unwell..

I’m not sure if this is just completely normal and this is genuine sickness or if it’s something to be concerned about...

I can’t eat a full meal and have to force myself to pick at food... I drink water CONSTANTLY and always have and even that feels difficult
