acne at 10 weeks!

WHAT JUST HAPPENED IN THE 10TH WEEK OF pregnancy!? my face is covered in zits. I feel like there’s 20+ just on my chin 😳 when one goes away, 5 more pimples appear 😂 I even have a few spots on my back! it’s making me crazy and the cystic acne is so sore! 😫
