This may be a stupid question

Can sex make you miss a period? I recently lost my virginity only had sex twice first time was with a condom second time we decided to ttc so obviously no condom was involved . Could it be possible I missed my period because of me recently becoming sexually active. I tested multiple times and all are negative. I haven’t been stressed either. If I don’t get a positive next week I’m going to see my doctor. Also we’re both clean I made him test before we even had sex.
