Help! Pill dissolved in water

Someone please help me!☹️😭😭

Earlier today I accidentally dropped my pill on glass water at work and when I took it out it was already smaller(basically dissolved in size) than usual. I was told when this happens you're supposed to take the missed pill from an unused pack with same dosage with the one for the next day to double up (since the dissolved pill is considered missed)

But my problem is that the package I usually use all blue pills have a dosage of 0.25mg/0.035mg and the unused pack is a generic of what I use and only has the same dosage for the third week.

My question is:

Can I still use one of the pills from the 3rd unused week from that pack to double up with what I usually take since it's the same dosage???
