Times are Rough with my relationship

I love my boyfriend. I truly do. He's everything to me. He has so much on his plate and things are rough. Rumours spread, I didn't want to believe them because I trust him with everything. But they kept coming and I asked him about it. I hurt him. I don't know what to do. In less than two months, is our anniversary.
