Sex Injuries

I've had this problem for a while .. when i have sex with my husband, especially after a long time of no sex I always get tears/cuts between the vaginal opening and the anas. It's not necessarily after rough sex. We do lubricate very well, i don't have yeast infection, it sometimes happens after anal sex too but not always. It hurts when I go to the bathroom and takes more than 24 hrs to feel better, then the cuts open up again if we have sex again, i have to wait for 5 days or so if i want them to heal completely. It doesn't hurt as much during sex only after.

PS. He's not too big for me ppl, he's just right! And we don't do crazy positions, I'm like 75 kg not many options for positions.

I'm so confused
