Told them about the rape and they left🥺

I need advice long story but I’ll shorten it.

I was raped a year ago 3 Times and told my 2 best friends and so they helped me through it and tell the police so I’m really emotionally attached to them,there starting to hate me and talk to this one girl who hates me I don’t know what to do this is stressing me out so fucking much.
