Help!
I just need a little peace of mind. I had sex almost a month ago (12/8) and the condom broke. It was the last day of my period, but I was no longer bleeding. I took Plan B the next morning. About 4 days after taking Plan B (around the time I should have started ovulating), I got a second period. It was super heavy at first, then gradually lightened after about 4 days. During this time, I had a tonsillectomy. Since then, I have: lost about 13 pounds, been on Percocet, been on a round of antibiotics, had my surgery site hemorrhage twice, fell down an entire flight of wooden stairs and bruised my back severely, developed a UTI that turned into a kidney infection, been given two antibiotic shots for the infection, and been on an additional round of antibiotics (Bactrim). I am also on thyroid medicine and I believe that, with my weight loss, my dose is now too high. Additionally, I had to take the time after surgery to get off of my antidepressant/anti-anxiety medicine because it was raising my blood pressure. My period is now two days late. I have no symptoms of being pregnant whatsoever, but I guess I just want some peace of mind since - currently - I’m afraid all the medicines I am on (antibiotics, Pyridium, and Tramadol) would potentially interfere with a pregnancy test. Thanks!
