I’m just over 30 weeks and here is what’s happening:

Pressure in my vagina every time I walk it feels like a UTI pain like when you pee and there is a sharp pain. I don’t have a uti but that’s the pain I’m feeling. My lower abdomen going into my vagina tighten up last night so bad I couldn’t move. I’ve also been on the toilet pooping wayyy more then usual. When last week I was constipated and couldn’t go at all. Also, I do have a home fetal Doppler and her head rate seems faster then normal and she hasn’t moved that much when she is constantly moving. Just need to know if this all is normal or if I should call my dr?
