What is going on?

I had a D&C on dec 13 at about 8 weeks pregnant but the baby was measuring around 6 weeks. This morning I got a blinking smiley face on my ovulation test for the first time since I started testing (started testing exactly 2 weeks past D&C). I thought I would be ovulating soon after this mornings test, but just noticed I have started to lightly bleed. I’m 19 days past D&C today. Could this be my period/what do you think is going on?
