Baby shower registry

Hey mamas! I am a FTM and am wondering if there is anything I shouldn’t put on my registry? Are there things we should be getting ourselves before the baby shower? I’m due June 6th and am currently in nursing school so Id rather collect stuff gradually versus getting stressed at the last minute because we don’t have anything. We have started collecting diapers and some newborn/3-6 month clothes, car seat and stroller, and bedding. Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks ladies!
