Archer too popular?

So awhile ago we chose archer if we have a boy because I liked it and thought it was unique. However, I’m seeing a lot more moms interested in it, especially on here. Ugh, I don’t want that name to turn into another “Aiden” where there are multiples of that name in every class. Should I move on to another name? Are you guys seeing this name actually used in real life?

I don’t know anyone named archer. But I love it! If your nervous maybe use it as a middle name. And you could always call him that if you choose..

We're naming our boy Archer, however we're in the UK and it's not popular at all. I've seen it popping up on here a lot and seems to be gaining popularity in the US.
