Severe MFI

Hello everyone, my husband and I have been TTC for 1.5 years with no success. It’s been an extremely frustrating journey as we are both in our mid-twenties and very healthy. When we started I thought it would be easy and happen quickly, but as the months go by I’ve been feeling more hopeless. Anyways, we finally decided to get ourselves checked out. Everything came back normal on my end but we found out that my husband has an extremely low sperm count (400,000). We are devastated and have been given 1% chance of ever conceiving naturally. Has anyone on here found themselves in a similar situation? And has anyone had success with raising sperm count or getting pregnant naturally still?
