Rainbow baby

pregnancy after a loss is terrifying but amazing. I cried my way to the ultrasound this morning because I was so scared, I was taken to the same room where 6 months ago I was told my baby didn't have a heartbeat. After the machine warmed up though the first thing the sonographer said was "there's your baby and a heartbeat" she'd obviously read my notes and seen the fear in my eyes. Our baby was napping and being awkward, but they're alive and wriggling in there 😍😍
