Positive ovulation after miscarriage

I had my second miscarriage right after thanksgiving with a d&c to follow. This week I have been sluggish and not feeling great. Last time when I tried to use these ovulation strips they never showed I was ovulating, but yet I ended up pregnant. This to me looks positive, so I thought I’d take a pregnancy test. It showed negative. So I guess I’m not specifically asking for anything, I was just hoping it was a fluke and I’d be pregnant. I guess it’s good I’m ovulating and should focus on that. This miscarriage thing stinks 😞 always on my mind.
