I stoped nursing my son March 2018 at 14m but my milk never completely dried out. I dont really leak unless i press on my breast or nipple a certain way. It looks just like breastmilk, sometimes its more clear looking, sometimes its white looking like fatty milk. Breasts dont hurt or itch and doesnt look like an infection.

Im currently 12w pregnant and recently noticed that my nipples had almost whitehead looking spots on them. When I press on my nipples, breastmilk comes out of some parts of the nipple but other spots, the white stuff is thicker. Not liquid anymore, its more of a lotion consistency. Again, it doesnt hurt, doesnt smell, doesnt even really bother me, im just curious if anyone else has had a similar experience?

I know its normal to see these white spots around the nipple but i have never seen them actually ON the nipple. I plan on asking my doc at my next appointment in 2w but just wanted to see what you ladies thought?
