Brown spotting 6 weeks 3 days. Help?

Started spotting yesterday and was told to go to Er so I did. They couldn’t find anything wrong got an ultrasound saw babies heart beat and my hcg was 56,000 which they said was really good.. still spotting today anyone have any ideas or is this happing to you?

I am spotting too at 8w and 4d and I had a scan done today and baby’s heartbeat was strong and everything looks fine. So I am going to breathe and try and relax. I guess our bodies are going through so much change and things happening in there. Some people say it’s normal, so it’s a waiting game! All the best for you 💫🌙⭐️

How much is considered “spotting”? Is it literally a spot? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

I have had spotting for 5 days straight. It finally stopped yesterday. Nothing was wrong, hcg levels through the roof (like yours). If they say everything is fine, then trust them. Feel better!
