Nexplanon

I’m already on my second nexplanon (coming up on 6 years in May and planning on having it replaced) but I’m curious if any of you ladies know how many times it’s recommended to have consecutively? Of course I’m going to ask my doctor when I see her in a few weeks, but I also want to get some first hand input. Any complications after the six year mark, how long did it take to conceive after removal, etc? I’m a bit paranoid because before I started seeing her my other doctor had me on depo for almost 7 years and I didn’t know about side effects of being on it for so long.
