5 weeks, bleeding and cramping

Hello,

Five weeks today, first pregnancy, I started having brown discharge yesterday then by the end of the day it was like I was on my period (medium blood flow) then got achy cramps, all through the night. Today I’ve had some achy ness and the bleeding is getting less as the day is ending, but I’m very scared and worried. My doctors were closed today but will get in tomorrow. I’ve kinda stayed bed rest all day and tried to relax but can’t stop worrying and being scared. Anyone else have something similar happen?
