Needing encouragement 😫🤱🏽

I’m having to pump right now. I hate pumping.

Basically bubs won’t take the breast. He won’t even try. He latches kinda and either screams or falls asleep. I’ve stripped him down. I’ve expressed milk. My hold is right. He is positioned right. I have plenty of milk. We have tried sugar water on my nipples. I don’t need a nipple shield. I don’t know what else to do. Bubs pediactrian worked with me some and said everything looks right. I’m so frustrated and sad and just want to quit. But I know I’ll be upset 3-4 weeks from now.

So I need encouragement and any tips you can offer.
