I keep reading how so many women are experiencing the worst end of the pregnancy symptoms or even just the normal ones. I reflect on how I'm doing and I feel fine. So I get nervous. I made a mantra "healthy pregnancy until proven otherwise" It helps a lot. Then I start to note how I feel and yep I'm on track other than vomiting. I don't have too much nausea either. I keep telling myself I'm just lucky and my baby is fine. But jeeeez its really hard to remember my mantra when a horrible part of me is saying otherwise.
