Stomach pain

I’m 11-12weeks and I’m always cramping. I’m not having a miscarriage. It makes me stay in bed. Idk what to do at this point. I’m nauseous and cramping. It’s my second pregnancy. Anyone else having similar issues? How do you get rid of it?
