Losing weight

How can i lose weight? 😥 I could eat healthy but I don’t feel full, I guess im not used to eating healthy and that is why i feel like that, looking foward to lose 25 pounds the right way, but just to think how i am going to do it drives me insane. But i see lots of people that had lose more than 25 pounds and I really don’t know why for me is so hard. I think is my mind 🤦🏽‍♀️ can someone here relate? Any tips to a healthy eating?
