Loss of symptoms
Hello... so I’m 9 weeks along and at around the beginning of the 8th week, my symptoms seemed to have completely disappeared overnight. i just don’t feel pregnant anymore. Around the 7th week, I had slight brownish pink spotting that was only there once when I wiped and never came back. I’m scared that I may have had a missed mc? Has anyone else had these symptoms and the baby turned out okay?
