Anyone here had to take Aspirin and Heparin throughout pregnancy?

Hi all,
I am pregnant (6w1d) with rainbow baby, the 1st (and only I've ever had) ended in miscarriage at 15 weeks 👼
My doctor tested for thrombosis and some abnormalities appeared. So, he has ordered me to take low dose Aspirin and Heparin (which is a shot) throughout pregnancy.
Has anyone else had these issues? How were your pregnancies?
He is thinking that this could be the reason for my loss.

With my 11.5 month old I was on aspirin due to potential blood clotting in my son umbilical cord due to my arthritis and medication I take for it (was on prednisone for my son, this baby on hydroxychloroquine) 
I will most likely be put on aspirin this baby as well once I see my ob in a month and a half. 
My son was born 39+3 (Jan 11th) 6lbs 2oz

Yes, there is a high chance of miscarriage due to that. I am taking aspirin because of a gene mutation, my friend did shots her entire pregnancy had a healthy baby boy on 10th of December. It helps a lot, very good they caught it.

I take Clexane and aspirin. Last time I had Clexane for 21 weeks and baby aspirin from 12 weeks until birth. This time we are doing Clexane until around 15 weeks and aspirin from 12 weeks until birth again.
