Working out

Dee • 29. Married. Currently pregnant with baby #1

I haven’t been to the gym since about a 2 weeks before I found i was pregnant. I’m itching to get back in and at least do some form of cardio. I am currently 7w2d and my first doctors appointment isn’t until next week. Should I wait to get confirmation from the doctor that it’s ok or should I just go ahead and do some light workouts?

Does anyone here workout and pregnant?
