Had an ultrasound on 12/20 and confirmed heartbeat of 120 and GA of 6w6d. Went in today, 1/2, should have been 8w3d, but measured at 6w2d with no heartbeat. My husband and I are broken hearted - took us 8 months to get pregnant and now we’re back at square one. Gonna wait and see if my body handles it naturally but I’m overwhelmed at the thought of waiting for the miscarriage to happen, then wait for a period or two before starting to try again. Sucky way to start 2019 😢
